Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that plans may change, and in such cases, we have a comprehensive cancellation policy in place to ensure transparency and fair treatment for all our clients.

1. Communication Method:

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. You can send an email to accounts@helpthetourists.in with the subject line "Cancellation Request" to initiate the process.

2. Cancellation Charges:

From Date of Booking - 30 days: A professional fee of Rs 1000.00 per person will be charged.

29 to 15 Days Prior to Departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged for cancellations made within this period.

14 to 7 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged for cancellations made within this period.

7 to 3 Days Prior to Departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged for cancellations made within this period.

2 Days/No Show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged for cancellations made within 2 days of departure or in case of a no-show.

3. Refund Process:

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 15 working days. Please note that the refund amount will be after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.

4. Special Circumstances:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours. In such cases, we will work closely with affected clients to find a suitable solution.

5. Booking Modification:

If you wish to modify your booking rather than cancel, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
