Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. We strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction, and we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to seek a refund. Below is our refund policy outlining the procedures and conditions for refund requests:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

Tour cancellation by us.
Any changes to the tour itinerary made by us that you are unwilling to accept.
Failure to deliver promised services.

2. Refund Process:

Refund requests must be made in writing by sending an email to accounts@helpthetourists.in with the subject line "Refund Request."
Please include your booking details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documents.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days upon approval of the request.

3. Refund Amount:

If the cancellation is initiated by us, you will receive a full refund of the tour cost.
In case of changes to the itinerary by us that you are unwilling to accept, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original booking.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

The professional fee of Rs 1000.00 per person (applicable within 30 days of booking) is non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 2 days of departure or in case of a no-show.

5. Special Circumstances:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours. Refunds in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
