Day 1

Arrival in Leh

Leh

Welcome to Leh! Upon arrival at Leh Airport, meet your representative and transfer to the hotel. Relax and acclimatize to the altitude. Visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace, followed by some local market shopping. Enjoy a group dinner and overnight in Leh.

Day 2

Leh to Nubra Valley

Nubra Valley

After breakfast, set out for a scenic group drive to Nubra Valley via the famous Khardung La Pass. Visit Diskit Monastery to see the huge Buddha statue and take a thrilling camel ride through the Hunder Sand Dunes. Group dinner and overnight in Nubra Valley.

Day 3

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake

Pangong Lake

Check out and journey to the stunning Pangong Lake, famous for its crystal-clear waters. Drive through rugged landscapes and high mountain passes, including Chang La Pass. Enjoy leisure time for photography along the shore. Group dinner and overnight near Pangong Lake.

Day 4

Pangong Lake to Leh (Departure)

Enjoy a final view of Pangong Lake before driving back to Leh. Stop to visit local monasteries or scenic spots along the route. Upon reaching Leh, enjoy free time for shopping before being dropped at Leh Airport for your departure.

Any Personal Expenses / Purchase of things.
Any other destination not mentioned in the itinerary.
Cost for additional vehicle usage not mentioned in the itinerary.
Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
Any cost incurred due to natural calamities, illness or emergency.
Any other meal not mentioned in inclusions.
Cost of any optional activity or service.
Any new tax/es levied by the central or state government
Anything which is not mentioned in the Inclusions.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.

For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, only Rs. 1000.00 per person will be charged.
Cancellations made between 29 days to 15 days of the tour, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made between 7 days to 3 days of the tour, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the tour or No show scenarios, 100% cancellation charges will apply.
For any changes in the route due to various unavoidable circumstances (i.e.; Natural Calamities, Rallies, strike etc.) the supplementary travel cost has to be paid by the customer to the driver directly.

Package Policy & Terms

The packages offered can be customized according to guest’s wish.
Photo ID card (except Pan Card) mandatory while you are on tour.
To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have been received by us.
In case of cancellation, We will process the refund within 72 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Hotel/Transporter/other service providers
